Vaccinations Done

Today was the second and final day of vaccinations. I wasn’t sure how the day was going to go as I fed horses and put halters on in a steady rain that didn’t seem to want to let up. Being outside all day in the rain was, as you can imagine, not appealing. Amazingly, about 15 minutes before the vet arrived, the rain cleared out and stayed away the entire time the vet was at the farm. In addition to the rain clearing out the horses were all cooperative and we didn’t have any runners. After a wet start it turned into a perfectly acceptable day with cooperative horses.  Even Jason had no complaints which means it was a fine day.
